The German poet Friedrich Schiller was married to Charlotte von Lengefeld. Charlotte’s mother, Luise née von Wurmb, was the sister of my ggggg-grandfather, Ludwig von Wurmb.
Schiller wrote a novella, Eine großmütige Handlung aus der neuesten Geschichte, based on a tragic love triangle involving Ludwig and his brother, Carl Friedrich.
