The Biltz database contains detailed information about the Biltz family. The starting point for my research of this family was Franz Julius Biltz (1825-1908) who emigrated from Saxony to Missouri in 1838.
I am indebted to Frau Eva-Marie Jülich in Chemnitz for performing invaluable research work in Mittelfrohna and Limbach, the area where the Biltz family originally came from. Without her help this database would contain only a very small number of people, and there would be a lot of question marks.
